We start with a conversation about where you are and where you want to go. I listen first, then we look at the real numbers together.

Engagement Letter
Before any work starts, we put the scope and terms in writing. You'll know what I'm doing for you, and what it costs.

Team Assembly
Lenders, lawyers, accountants, appraisers. I bring in the people your deal needs, and I keep them coordinated.

You make the decisions. I handle the work and keep everyone moving toward the close.

Acquisition Financing
Buying a business, or buying out a partner. Lenders look at cash flow, assets and your equity. I help you present the deal the way they need to see it.
Growth and Working Capital
Term loans, operating lines and equipment financing, so the business can grow without running short on cash.
Lombard Loans
A loan secured against your investment portfolio. It can give you access to funds without selling your investments.
Business owners often have personal home financing needs too. I can help with those as well, and any residential mortgage is arranged through BRX Mortgage.

About Haider
I spent 12 years at RBC, as a Senior Commercial Account Manager in the Greater Toronto Region and as a Mortgage Specialist. I know how lenders think, because I was one. My career in banking was at RBC and Scotiabank.
Today I work independently, alongside the specialists my clients need. I also hold an Ontario residential mortgage licence, and I help families with home financing through BRX Mortgage, under my residential brand, Harbour Nest. Harbour Nest is not a brokerage.
